Hurricane Scramble

One last Florida comment on storms and hurricanes and the people who like to believe they are not real until the last minute....the storms we know they come every year....and we know what time of year....and we have at least a week's notice...and we have evacuation routes and government warnings.....yet we still have some people scrambling around as though the big winds and waves suddenly appeared 10 seconds ago with no warning...that's the folks I just don't understand.
