The Biggest Loser
In honor of guts and fat and the loss thereof...and in honor of the debut of "The Biggest Loser" weight loss reality show tonight, I have restarted my step machine workout regimen to shave off the last 10 pounds of bubba fat from my frame. I do one solid hour of stepping three nights a week. Tonight was 3420 steps translating to 478 calories burned. This should also improve my speed and stamina on the soccer field. Control intake of food, drink plenty of water, and burn the calories on a routine basis. Plus this releases endorphins and improves one's mood. Gotta love it. I lost 20 pounds this way so I know it works. I'm inviting everyone to join me in getting into peak condition.
