Chronicles of Narnia

C. S. Lewis classic book, THE LION, THE WITCH, AND THE WARDROBE, is coming to the big screen. While I've never read any of Lewis books, I do know they are quite popular. I say I haven't read them, but in the third grade my teacher Mrs. Samuelson read us THE LION, THE WITCH, AND THE WARDROBE. It was later in sixth grade that Mr. Riley read us THE HOBBIT and my interest in THE LORD OF THE RINGS began, with my first reading of the Trilogy being in that same year. It's likely that the huge success of Lewis friend Mr. Tolkien's books-to-films prompted the deal to make the Chronicles of Narnia film(s).
